It’s Tenille operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a personalised skincare service and curated shopping experience (the "Services"). It’s Tenille is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase or other transaction using the Services or otherwise communicate with us. If there is a conflict between our Terms of Service and this Privacy Policy, this Privacy Policy controls with respect to the collection, processing, and disclosure of your personal information.

This may include details about your skin concerns, current skincare routine, products you use, health considerations (such as medications, allergies, or pregnancy/breastfeeding status), and lifestyle information relevant to designing your personalised skincare program.

These records are securely stored in Shopify and Microsoft OneDrive (both password-protected) and used only to deliver your personalised skincare services. We do not share consultation records with third parties unless required by law.

SENSITIVE INFORMATION 

Some of the information you provide (such as details about your skin, health conditions, or medications) may be considered sensitive personal information under Australian privacy law. We only collect this information with your consent and use it solely to provide safe and effective skincare services.

If you choose not to provide certain details, we may not be able to deliver a fully personalised skincare service.

PHOTO RELEASE 

With your consent, we may collect and use photos as part of your skincare consultation (for example, before-and-after images). Photo use is completely optional, and you may opt out at any time. If you consent, photos may be stored securely alongside your client records and may be used for service tracking or marketing (only with your explicit permission).

Photos will not be used for marketing purposes without your written consent, either by email, text or direct message.

HOW WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMAITON 

We use your personal information to:

  • Provide, tailor, and improve the personalised skincare service.
  • Process payments, fulfill orders and ship products.
  • Deliver personalised skincare consultations and programs.

All customer and consultation records are securely stored in password-protected systems (Shopify and Microsoft OneDrive). We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is completely secure.

We retain consultation records and client information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide services, meet legal obligations, or for legitimate business purposes. Once no longer required, records are securely deleted.

CHILDREN'S DATA

Our services are not directed at children under the age of majority.

For teen consultations, all forms, acknowledgments, and declarations must be completed by a parent or legal guardian.

Any information collected for these services is stored securely in line with this Privacy Policy and used only to deliver the agreed service. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.

YOUR RIGHTS AND CHOICES 

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request a copy of your personal information. You can also opt out of marketing at any time.
