The It Membership is a long-term, personalised skincare service for people who want consistent results, without having to do the thinking, tracking or tweaking themselves. We take care of the details, so you can simply follow the plan and get on with your life.

Designed to support your skin all year round, this membership is about ease, consistency and having an expert quietly in your corner.

This membership is perfect if:

• You’re committed to improving your skin and want expert support long-term.
• You're ready to hand over the research, shopping, product selection and skincare routine adjustments.
• You want help staying consistent as your skin (and life) changes.
• You have plenty of skincare questions, but no interest in researching ingredients, brands or trends to find the answers.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Up to five personalised skin consultations each year (face-to-face in Adelaide or video Australia-wide) to review your skin, goals and progress.
• Up to five personalised skincare programs each year, with product recommendations tailored to your skin type, goals, budget and lifestyle.
• Regular skin check-ins with your skincare coach, so you’re always supported and on track.
• Program adjustments as needed, because skin changes and your routine should too.
• Ongoing support so you can ask questions via email, message or text.
  
• Access to our digital members’ lounge, a calm, supportive space to ask questions, share recommendations and learn from others.
• Access to our rewards program, including $50 store credit for referrals that result in a personalised skincare program.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU JOIN

Once you sign up, you’ll receive a welcome email with everything you need to get started.

From there, you’ll:

• receive a new client form so your skincare coach can get to know your skin
• book your first skin consultation
• have your personalised skincare recommendations prepared ahead of your appointment

You’ll be guided through each step.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION

After each consultation, your skincare coach will finalise your personalised skincare program with clear, step-by-step instructions on how and when to use your products.

Once your product order is processed, we’ll package everything up and send your great skin box straight to you. It's that easy!
