WHAT'S INCLUDED

• A 45-minute skin consultation (face-to-face in Adelaide or video Australia-wide) to understand your skin, concerns, goals and lifestyle.
• A personalised skincare program, with product recommendations tailored to your skin type, goals, budget and lifestyle.
• A 4-week email check-in, where we’ll answer questions about your routine and products and make sure you’re using everything correctly and consistently.
• Skincare guidance via email, including blogs, educational content, practical tips and skin-supporting advice
  
• Access to exclusive subscriber discounts on trusted, skin-loving skincare products.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR PURCHASE

Shortly after completing your purchase, you’ll receive an email with everything you need to get started.

From there, you’ll:

• complete a new client form so your skincare coach can get to know your skin
• book your skin consultation
• have your personalised skincare recommendations prepared ahead of your appointment.

Clear, simple and taken care of, you’ll be guided through each step.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOUR CONSULTATION

After your consultation, your skincare coach will finalise your personalised skincare program with clear, step-by-step instructions on how and when to use your products.

You’ll receive:

• a digital copy via email, and
• a waterproof printed version, perfect for keeping in the bathroom while you get comfy with your new routine.

This service is designed to give you clarity, confidence and a strong starting point, with just enough follow-up support to help you feel comfortable putting your new routine into practice.
