Email consultation + skincare plan

What happens after I purchase the email skincare plan?
You’ll get an email with a link to your consultation form. It will take about 10 minutes to complete, and you'll be prompted to include a couple of photos of your skin. Once you've submitted the form, I'll get started on your personalised skincare plan.

When will I get my skincare plan?
Your personalised skincare plan will be emailed to you within 5 business days of submitting your consultation form.

How do I get my products?
You'll have the option to buy products through my online store when you receive your personalised skincare plan.

How long will my personalised skincare plan last? 
They're designed for 3-months. Skin goes through a 28 - 45-day cycle; new cells are created and move to the surface and eventually shed as dead skin. Your skin will go through at least two full skin cycles during your plan, which is enough time
for your skin to adjust to the change and respond to products so we can assess how effective the skincare plan has been.

What kind of results can I expect?
Everyone’s skin is different, so results will vary. Most of my clients notice their skin feels calmer, more comfortable and better hydrated within the first few weeks. Many also notice their skin is brighter and smoother by the end of their first plan. Longterm clients have reported experiencing less breakouts, less irritation, softer fine lines and firmer, smoother looking skin.

What if I want to adjust my routine? 
You can book a review 3-months after your initial consultation, or order another email plan.  Results take time and consistency. To get the most from your routine. it's important to follow your routine morning and night for the full 3-months.

Do you have a referral program?
I do! You’ll receive a $10 store credit for referrals that result in a skincare plan. Your friend just needs to let me know during their session that you referred them.
