These 20-minute video calls are designed to review your progress and tweak your routine so you can keep seeing results.

Follow-up consultations are recommended from 3-months after your first consultation.

Skin goes through a 28 - 45-day cycle; new cells are created and move to the surface and eventually shed as dead skin. Your skin will go through at least two full skin cycles during your plan, which is enough time for your skin to adjust to the change and respond to products so we can assess how effective the skincare plan has been.

How do I book my follow-up consultation?
After purchasing this service, you’ll get an email with your follow-up form and a link to book your consultation. Just follow the links to get booked in and ready for your session.

Do I need to have a follow-up consultation?
Follow-up consultations are a great opportunity to check-in on your progress and tweak your routine if needed. If you're happy with your current plan and your current results, you can just restock your current products through the It's Tenille skincare shop.

How do I get my products?
During your session, we’ll talk about your updated skincare plan and any new recommended products. You can decide which products you’d like to buy, then we process your order during your session or online.

What if I want to adjust my routine? 
To get the most from your skincare plan, it's important to follow your routine for a full 3-months. After this time you can book another follow-up consultation to review your progress and goals.

Do you have a referral program?
I do! You’ll receive a $10 store credit for referrals that result in a skincare plan. Your friend just needs to let me know during their session that you referred them.
